“I am not sure if it is a coincidence but since taking marine magnesium(one tablet a day with evening meal)my sleep is so much better and also I have noticed a net improvement on my moods no more ruminating. I definitely recommend it and will purchase again”

“Unfortunately this product wasn't for me. It made my skin burn and turn bright red. I was advised to stop taking it I would say that anyone wanting to try this product, to loom at their diet to make sure of the levels of Magnesium in the food they eat. Sometimes you don't need added vitamins if your diet it balanced well”

“I have been taking these for about 8 weeks I’m menopausal just one after my evening meal and it’s really helping me sleep much better, I’m a celiac and apprehensive about taking supplements but these are great.”
