“I purchased this as it was recommended using the survey tool on the site but also it was mentioned on a menopause forum as being beneficial. I have to say that within 3 weeks of using it, I did notice a difference. I felt less of a need to snack, which is I'm assuming, because the mineral helps to release energy from food. I've definitely noticed a difference in my energy levels and concentration and as I haven't done anything different, can only put down to this supplement. Definitely on my re-order list!!”
