“I began taking Marine Magnesium after hearing that it can help with leg cramps. I have suffered with cramps in my calves during the evening for many years. After taking MM for just a few days the cramps stopped. I rarely get them now and then usually if I've forgotten to take MM! It has also meant I have a refreshing unbroken nights sleep.”

“I have struggled for a number of years with a poor sleep pattern. I started to look into this and changed my bedtime routine. Part of this change was to take Marine Magnesium before bedtime. After about 3 weeks I noticed my sleep had improved and that if I did wake in the night I very soon went back to sleep. As an added bonus I noticed that an ache I had in my knee also disappeared. I have recommended to a number of my friends and they have achieved similar results.”

“The packaging and product are excellent. It is always hard to review vitamins as it usually takes a while for them to work, but I got results quickly with this product. I take magnesium to help with muscle cramps and this product is excellent for that, so much so I can tell If I have missed a day. I will continue to purchase monthly. Highly recommend.”
