“I love this product. Was struggling with sleeping probably due to menopausal symptoms and tried other magnesium supplements but hadn’t made much difference. After I my taking this for 4 weeks I have had the best sleeps for a long time and feel much calmer generally. Just reordered my second pack. Thanks to Liz Earle for promoting this fantastic product”
