“I am so very pleased with this product because you only need one capsule to provide your daily need. I have seen a change in my sleeping deeper and longer. My toilet habits are easier and more comfortable. My rest legs at night have disappeared. So much positive change from on item, PERFECT.”

Marine magnesium won't help with Covid, but should help you sleep! Hope you get better soon.

“I'm taking these with the Saffrosun B12 supplement. These have helped my hormonal headaches and are helping me sleep better. I didn't them for a couple of days and noticed a difference straight away so they are clearly working!”
