“These are a firm favourite with us. The combination of the lamb spices gives them a rich flavour, which goes well in a casserole with cannellini beans or chickpeas or is great on its own in a sausage sandwich. We also like to cut the sausages into one inch pieces, pre-cook them in a frying pan for a few minutes and then use them as a topping for pizza - delicious.”
“This is the 3rd batch I’ve had, I thought the 1st was over processed and mushy by comparison to their other sausages and reviewed as such. Recent batches are much better so maybe 1st batch went wrong or they listened to feedback either way they are fab now”
