“I ordered the 1.4kg joint with a special request that the bone was kept in. I received with the bone-in and no delay due to my request and it cooked up perfect! The difference between fresh straight from the butcher to the superstore shop bought is immediately noticeable even before cooking. Once cooked, the taste was truly delicious and with the bone-in really makes all the difference.
