Native, heritage breeds slow grown on small farms in The Dales, expertly butchered and delivered fresh. Nose-to-tail, nutrient dense and immense flavour.
“I was t sure what to expect but cooked them in a frying pan for about 20 minutes.. the taste was very evocative and reminded me of eating chorizo cooked on the wood fire and accompanied by a glass of local red wine when I was living in Zaragoza years ago. It's more of an experience than a sausage which doesn't do it just. Really good flavour without over doing it.”
“One sausage is more than enough per person, and very tasty they are too.
We baked ours in the oven which kept them moist.
Lovely!
I'm glad I bought a decent number for the freezer.”
“BBQ'd in a Kamado Joe for 1.5 hours.
I was fortunate to get a hot links before they rapidly disappeared, everyone commented on how good they were. Superb flavour.”
