Huge piece of ham which cooked beautifully.

Fantastic flavour. Boiled in water for an hour. Baked @160°C for an hour. Last 30 minutes glazed with chilli rum, sherry vinegar and brown sugar.

Generous size with a good covering of fat that meant it cooked perfectly and stayed moist.
