“Absolutely amazing ham. Popped it in my slow cooker on Christmas Eve, with an onion with cloves in it, carrot, star anise, peppercorns, cider, apple juice and water for 6 hrs (turned it once halfway). Once left to cool, the rind came off beautifully. Once glazed and cooked in the oven, what a treat we had. The best ham I've ever had. Lightly salty, moist, delicious, a massive hit with everyone. And the amazing sandwiches keep on coming! Can't wait to order it again and very soon!!”
