Thanks for taking the time to leave an honest review. Our Steak Burgers are composed entirely of minced beef - it's absoloutely imperative they are well seasoned externally with salt as a minimum, although ideally salt and black pepper, much as you would do a steak. The seasoning is important because it bring out the flavour of the beef - even the most delicious beef can taste slightly underwhelming when unseasoned.
