Cooking time on the website "Cook for 3-4 minutes in total, turning once" is not sufficient even in a very hot (good quality) BergHOFF frying pan, even with a 3 minute 'rest period', that produced too pink centres. I cooked the second batch for 5 minutes, turning once, that gave a medium-cooked centre still with the correct amount of pink.”

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We're in agreement here, the taste of pepper is a great foil to the beef - we's recommend seasoning well with coarse sea salt and cracked black pepper prior to cooking, much as you would a steak.
