Of course, minced beef can be used in all sorts of preparations from stand-alone with tacos to lasagne, cottage pie etc etc. for Coronation Sunday we went for a 'left - field' version of Babotie which is a South African dish we discovered on a trip there many years ago and have persuaded friends and family to try with good results. It has to be said that the 'Swaledale' minced beef performed ++ delivering the tastiest bobotie ✅, try it with a good Aussie Shiraz”
