“Lovely meaty bones. I roasted them in my air cooker and while they were roasting my dogs cried bitterly for them. I put them on the side to cool and became distracted with a visitor. Needless to say the dogs disappeared with all but two pieces and buried them in the garden. The two they left had lovely meat on them and today my dogs are in the garden while I roast another kilo of bones. I am going to make beef stock and some of the water will be used for my bengal cats who generally hate drinking plain water and some will be used to make beef broth with pearl barley and vegetables. Great with crusty bread for a quick meal.”
