“A good-sized steak, almost 9 ounces when converting from grams, big enough for two depending on one's desires. Very tender and with a strong beefy taste. I pan-fried it in a bit of coconut oil, along with mushrooms and some cloves of garlic, a good combination of real food at its best. The old saying is "you are what you eat" is literally true, so spending a bit extra for grass fed beef is well worth it.”
