“I wanted a thicker than normal cut of sirloin and was happy to find this available. Unfortunatley, there was a significant amount of fat left along the side and especially the tail which I felt was a waste given the ratio of fat to meat and the amount spent per kg. For this reason alone, I don't think I'd reorder. The beef portion, however, was delicious.”
