These German Para boots are new and unissued. They fit well and are comfortable, even for all day wear. Most reviews have already listed all of the plus points. The lacing, comfort, waterproofing, ankle support and fit are all excellent. I'll be buying again

German para boots are sturdy extremely well made and arrived in mint condition. Having given them a good breaking in test, I have found them water proof, spacious (but correctly sized) and comfy. They rise slightly higher up the shin and are heavier than the old (2005) British equivalent. I am trying the German version instead of the British because of previous problems with cheap (non-surplus) copies, for which the soles dissolved! I love the German speed lacing system, but I prefer the mobility/ lighter weight of the older British boot. Both give superb ankle support. Maybe these German para boots are best for winter and older British boots still excel for mobility?

Have worn German paras for 30+years but this is my first brand new pair, I’m very happy with them and would recommend without hesitation.

These para boots are ideal for motorcyclists... Comfortable, warm and completely waterproof. Top quality materials and workmanship as you'd expect from military spec equipment. I think at £80 new they're extremely good value for money.

I purchased these boots after years of wearing different military surplus boots and a good deal of research. Out of the gate these are the comfiest pair of footwear I have ever had the pleasure of breaking in, topping out far nicer to wear than almost everything, include trainers and converse. The boots themselves are very well made l, the sole has a lot of solid meat to it and the leather is thick and solidly stitched together. I've worn them daily since they arrived and once I got used to the lacing system which, again is the best system I have ever used, have not had a single blister or ache after covering several kilometres each day. For such a big feeling boot they allow a surprising amount of manouverability, I was particularly impressed that I was able to drive a modern car with the smallest of peddles with ease. After dumping several layers of polish into these and a pair of insoles these boots feel as though they will last forever and when they finally do give up in a a decade or two I will be sure to buy my another pair. Great service from forces uniform and kit too who were a huge help with sizing and the buying experience overall, will definitely buy from here again.

I've been wearing German para boots for motorbiking, and everyday use, for over 35 years. They were always 'used' boots before, this is the first time i've been able to get a brand new pair. They need wearing in a bit, but no complaints there! In comparison to the price of supposed 'proper motorcycle boots' these are a bargain, and considerably more practical. These are the ones you need. Buy 'em! You won't be disappointed, i wasn't :-) Oh, and they arrived real quick too.
