“The company itself and delivery service was excellent, these boots tipped up very quickly. The boots themselves are, as stated by others, of a very high quality, the lacing system and amount allow for a great variation of lacing patterns depending on what suits your foot and what your doing, IE general use, for walking my dog or for tabbing. A degree of breaking in required, but not alot compared to some other boots out there, I put full tin of standard polish on them with a stack of black dubbing then left them in the warm to soak in. Again having a bath whilst wearing them is another tried and tested technique that works wonders, again already stated on other posts. They are at the heavier end of boots but again I must say when you got them on it doesn't feel that way at all. In comparison to my Altberg tabbing boots they are put together to alot higher standard, I feel anyways, more robust, and nearly half the price. You do loose out on weight though. Overall a cracking pair of boots glad I purchased.”

“Looking for some boots with good ankle support to wear at work everyday, these looked like a good option compared to Chinese made alternatives of dubious quality. I definitely made the right decision, as these are the most beautifully made boots I have ever owned. Comfortable even while still breaking in and delivered in absolutely pristine condition. A real bargain.”

“Great tough boots, lovely grainy leather and smooth toebox,, you can already see your face in mine ,, the leather lining molds to your feet afer a couple of weeks,, making them feel like a pair of slippers,, something a goretex liner doesn't do, i also wear the lowa combat GTX & the high leg British army foul weather boots but these have become my new favourite boots ,love the way they feel when you put them on,,, trust me treat yourself,,,, Neil”

Was a little dubious of the quality of these boots at first because previously I had ordered a pair of German mountain boots super grade From another online military surplus supplies company I won’t mention any names but they turned up looking like they had been fished out of a bin .So when my boots tuned up very quickly and delivered brilliantly I was pleased to see they were as described brand new and excellent overall really pleased with my buying experience from Forces uniform and kit great company many thanks, would definitely recommend.”
