“The bed sheet is wide and long enough to tuck in tight. I prefeferred the bed sheet as I can wear moisturizer on my face and it doesn't cause problems. For a few nights I was uncomfortable and now all I feel is warm feet. My restless leg is much better and inflammation in my body seems hugely improved.”

“Unfortunately I did not benefit at all from using the sleepearthed half sheet. I tried it unsuccessfully on three separate occasions but instead of aiding my sleep it made it worse and I only slept on average two hours each time and I experienced a dreadful headache. I contacted the company after the first dreadful night and was advised to persevere but without success. So the sheet is now allocated to the ottoman, never to see the light of day again!!”

Hello Myra, This is so unusual, because being earthed with our bedsheet replicates standing on the grass outside your home in bare feet. It shouldn't cause this effect at all...... I think it may be a good idea to consider having your electrics tested at home, to see if there are any issues there at all. Sorry it didn't work out for you, but just a small statistic to ponder on - We have a returns rate of 0.4% on our bedsheets so in context roughly 1 in 300 people who buy them, return them to us. “I've given 4 out of 5 because the purchase and product are good quality BUT I'm not sure whether the half sheet has improved our sleep significantly. My husband said he is sleeping for longer periods of time and I generally feel more relaxed in bed so who knows! :)”

“Have had my half sheet since November & thought I'd give it some time before my review. Definitely sleeping better & feel more rested, smart watch tells me my REM sleep is up from 15% to now 27%!! Deep sleep is up too. If you still debating like I was for a couple of months, you certainly won't be disappointed if you buy one of these.”
