“I’ve had 51 nights sleep on my ‘magic earthing sheets’. My sleep has gradually improved to the point where I fall asleep within 40 minutes, wake up only once and go back to sleep quickly. I now regularly average 6.5 to 7 hours sleep in total, every night. I feel refreshed when I get up. I don’t feel sluggish or tired once up. Sleep Earthed was my last hope of a good nights sleep. “It's actually really good. I was a bit sceptical this would do anything as I also have a grounding mat I use at my desk to no effect, but after sleeping on the sheet, I wake up in the morning feeling quite sprightly. Much reduced general aches, pains and stiffness in my joints, and I feel rested. I'm really happy I bought it and keep telling others now they should try it. It's probably not a 'cure', but you can perceive a physical difference from using it. I'm a convert!!!”

“I like the anti-bacterial silver threads and organic cotton but my sleep had been fine. The sheet was an unwanted gift so I've used it for a couple of weeks but feel less refreshed than before.”

Thanks so much for the review. We do find around Christmas time that people who already have earthing sheets give them as presents to friends who are struggling to sleep. When this happens the person on the receiving end of the gift has no idea about earthing and how it can help with many things including sleep. Sadly as they don't know the concept they expect it to be an "overnight cure" and for people with severe sleep issues it can take a long time for the sheet to help correct this. Please let us know how you get on with our sheet when you come to use it and yes you are right, it does need direct contact with the skin to be most effective..... Enjoy !
