“The Sleep Earthed half -sheet went beyond my expectations. For many years I used a grounding sheet from a company in the US and never really felt much change. After one night of sleeping on a Sleep Earthed half-sheet, I experienced a positive difference in the depth of my sleep and also felt more energized in the morning. Your sleep diary paper has also been very helpful as I am into my third week now of bringing to my awareness much of what influences my rest. “I was flipping our mattress almost every other day as I kept waking up with spasms in my back, which meant I needed to pee - sometimes 3 or 4 times a night, I exercise regularly I do mobility drills - nothing seemed to work. I was shattered and was not sure what to do - ANOTHER new mattress maybe?Stumbled upon a grounding sheet on facebook and spent a few hours wandering the google pages to see what it was all about. I eventually ended up on Sleep Earthed website - not cheapest BUT UK based. Upfront reviews and FAQ's. Started with half sheet because we have lovely sheets and I didn't want to not use them! Plus cheaper.. I also liked how they said they will not work under another sheet. Anyway first night it's on the bed around our feet and we both sleep solid for 8 hours... I mean like wow what is this magic! The next few nights were not as great though, but I was starting to wake up happier and less tired.. The spring forward clocks set up back a bit though but now 7 days in and the last 2 nights have been back to solid sleeping - I might wake but go straight back to sleep. Not sure I understand it or get it - but hey it works and that is good enough for me. Honestly give it a try - you might just be surprised at how much of a difference it can make!”

“I can't quite believe how much the earthing sheet has improved my sleep. I'm peri-menopausal and for 13 months had slept 4-5 hours a night, approximately 4 days a week. It was horrendous. I was tired all the time and nothing seemed to be working. I tried their Earthing sheet and within a week I was averaging 7-8 hours a night, 6 nights a week. I highly recommend this for anyone struggling to sleep.”
