“No noticeable improvement in poor sleep using this sheet at all. Instructions say to tumble dry, but do not have a tumble drier.”

Hello Emily and thanks for the review..... Sometimes earthing takes a little while to get going for some people. Could we suggest you persevere with the sheet but also give this blog post below a read, as it might help..... Remember you must have direct contact with the sheet otherwise you won't feel the benefit of earthing. “I certainly didn't expect it to live up to the hype that the other brands push. But there is definitely something there. The wife no longer needs her pain relief cream for her arthritis in her knee and I do get better sleep overall.”

“Really good product, easy to place on bed. I am happy with the half bed, btu can see how a ful bed one would make it easier, as sometimes it wrikles while we sleep.”
