“The person on the end of the phone was very helpful when i said my hatch was out of square with their help on the phone they told me to measure in 3 places and .take the middle measurement which i did and order it when it came before it was due and went straight into the opening without any hassle and has sealed the darft that was coming out of my loft hatch before and looks very smart”

“Easy to order in your required size and also easy enough to fit (2 person job, took a couple of hours for basic DIYers). Good quality overall. Only small issue is that pole could be slightly longer, but can't grope as it was free!”

“Recieved this made to measure Loft Hatch. It was well packaged with addef protection in the packaging. Much sturdier than my original loft hatch. The inside of the door. door has good insulation attached to it . Not polystyrene as my previous door had. Well constructed with a hatch opening "key" on a long handle. Arrived within the time scale given. Overall a very satisfied customer. Would recommend using this company.”
