“Fantastic product. Love our new insulated hatch. Looks very professional and really is precision made to measure. Was a little awkward to install given its weight but we (an OAP and a short person)managed. Customer service was great as the pole was missing but arrived within 48 hours.”

“Very good service purchasing a made to measure loft hatch with clear instructions for measuring to get the best fit. The product is very good quality and looks perfect in place. Whilst the hatch arrived a day earlier than expected, the only issue was being asked to pay £36 for delivery from North Yorkshire to a city in mainland Scotland when the company advertises free delivery to "most of the UK"”

We can only apologise about the delivery charge, unfortunately every courier we use applies a surcharge for deliveries to Inverness.
