“Arrived promptly. Looks good and seals perfect. I underestimated how awkward it would be to lift it in position once the door was opened. How ever It is pointed out in the instructions that it is a two person job.Very pleased with the finished job.”

“Arrived before earliest estimated date. Very sturdy well built hatch. Loft opening is impossible to get a ready made hatch for so this service is perfect. Installation was easy with help to support the weight hoping this will help keep the cold out which the last homemade hatch really didn't.”

“The person on the end of the phone was very helpful when i said my hatch was out of square with their help on the phone they told me to measure in 3 places and .take the middle measurement which i did and order it when it came before it was due and went straight into the opening without any hassle and has sealed the darft that was coming out of my loft hatch before and looks very smart”

“Easy to order in your required size and also easy enough to fit (2 person job, took a couple of hours for basic DIYers). Good quality overall. Only small issue is that pole could be slightly longer, but can't grope as it was free!”
