Overall it was a good experience. I wished to have more time for the PDA part, which we only started on the last day after lunch. I also missed training on an important communication aspect during the first three phases of SPIN: training mindful listening and learn to listen better than now. People always talk and agree that listening is so important, but only few people spend time in improving their listening skills and developing their emotional intelligence. From my point of view there is enough room to include a session in your training. Claire was my instructor and was very knowledgeable and thorough. The class size was small enough that she was able to really help each individual as need and I felt I got a very high quality class.

The training course was really good, I felt really engaged from the beginning and learned a lot over the three days. The only change that I would make would be the role play. If there could of been role play provided by my company which would be more in line with the kind of customer I would deal with then I really think that would make all the difference. It would give me a chance to practice my own product at the same time.

Lots of relevant information given. Role plays could be tailored slightly better to be more industry specific for the candidates. Biggest thing I ave came away with is how to grow the need, which will help a lot in the future.

An extremely informative couple of days. The trainer, Jane Ford, was engaging, positive and motivational, which encouraged participation and openness. The course material was relevant and there was a good mix of theory and practical activities. Would highly recommend this course.
