Me NOT being a sales person and being in charge of the company I thought there was always something missing in the whole process. Huthwaite's training connected all the dots for me and make me feel excited to actually try the selling process myself. Tony was one fantastic trainer, had a clear vision of where we should all be at the end of the training and managed to get the whole group participate in the training process. It was amazing experience and we had a lot of fun! Thank you Tony and Huthwaite.

Als erfahrener Verkäufer bietet dieses Programm eine gute Möglichkeit sich im Fragen stellen zu üben und zu perfektionieren. Es wird aber auch der gesamte Verkaufsprozess durchgearbeitet und gab mir in jedem Bereich etwas Input.

Overall it was a good experience. I wished to have more time for the PDA part, which we only started on the last day after lunch. I also missed training on an important communication aspect during the first three phases of SPIN: training mindful listening and learn to listen better than now. People always talk and agree that listening is so important, but only few people spend time in improving their listening skills and developing their emotional intelligence. From my point of view there is enough room to include a session in your training. Claire was my instructor and was very knowledgeable and thorough. The class size was small enough that she was able to really help each individual as need and I felt I got a very high quality class.

The training course was really good, I felt really engaged from the beginning and learned a lot over the three days. The only change that I would make would be the role play. If there could of been role play provided by my company which would be more in line with the kind of customer I would deal with then I really think that would make all the difference. It would give me a chance to practice my own product at the same time.

Lots of relevant information given. Role plays could be tailored slightly better to be more industry specific for the candidates. Biggest thing I ave came away with is how to grow the need, which will help a lot in the future.
