I was really happy to being at this course, i went into the course with a lot of unknown thoughts about who and what a sales person should be like, and if I would ever fit into this carecter. At they end of this course I was ready to go into my new roll and I am looking forward to begin my yearny in sale.

SPIN Selling guide me 4 stages of the selling and related considerations in each. The big sales are very different from small sales. What SPIN Selling impacts me most is some guidelines on how to sell in big sales, the most important is transforming from implied needs to explicit needs and demonstrating the benefit of our solution to customers. I will use the PCA and T-form in my normal work during communicating with customers. However, I need more practice and summarize to continuously improve my selling skills.
