With over 20 years working in sales for professional services, I don't often get the opportunity to learn new skills and remind myself of existing ones! This course allowed me to do both! Over the course of 2 days there was a good blend of theory, combined with a group simulation that allowed us to put it into action. The trainers were interactive and engaging throughout. It also provided a rare opportunity to work with peers from across other industry sectors, which added an extra learning opportunity.

Brilliant content and definitely buy into the methods and research behind it however, the course was only two days and I felt some bits were a little rushed because of this. I also couldn't understand why they course booklets wre not laid out in order of how we would be presented, It made it harder to bounce around the booklets looking for information we had learnt earlier in the day. I will definitely build of the knowledge I have gained though and found the course leader Tony very insightful and delivered it well.

Me NOT being a sales person and being in charge of the company I thought there was always something missing in the whole process. Huthwaite's training connected all the dots for me and make me feel excited to actually try the selling process myself. Tony was one fantastic trainer, had a clear vision of where we should all be at the end of the training and managed to get the whole group participate in the training process. It was amazing experience and we had a lot of fun! Thank you Tony and Huthwaite.
