“Fantastic introduction to the sales process. I learnt a lot from it, mostly on asking appropriate questions, making sure I listened to the answers and followed up by asking more appropriate questions (following the SPIN model) As some-one completely new to sales I found the use of jargon difficult at the beginning. I didn't know what qualifying out meant or what an RFP was and at times was lost when these sorts of jargon was used. Trevor lead us though the various types of questioning very well and brought it all together at the end. Saying that for the first day and a half I wasn't sure where it was all going.”
