Excellent course with a knowledgeable and informative trainer who used his experience to expand the content to enhance the sessions. A good mix of practical experience alongside taught content. Good for those new to selling or as a refresher for those who may have done SPIN a long time ago

The standard of presenting was excellent, very engaging to keep my attention for 2-days! The core concept is excellent and in addition some interesting material outside of this which I am sure will assist in generating more sales.

I found it very interesting and informative and will focus more on my customers explicit needs more in future meetings. Also I will look to ask more implication and payoff questions which I am sure will result in more of my customers looking at the benefits of our products over price.

Interesting course following on from reading Neil Rackham's book. The course was well delivered with minimal use of the PowerPoint which was good although this meant that some sections of the handbook were skipped but I assume that the longer course would have utilised every page.

Good overall course, with a lot of information. The only thing I didn't think worked well for me was in the role plays as the seller and client, I would be good if the time used to prep for seller and as the customer was split. So for example prep for the sell then do the role play, prep for the customer do the role play. Rather then doing all as one.

really good insight to the theory around selling. the roleplaying was really good as it highlights how to structure a meeting to be more affective.
