A really well ran course with great content. Perfect mix of content and practice that encourages learning really well. The content within has really made me think about my role and the way that we target our customers with new propositions and products. Claire Conte was great and made everything very easy to take on.

I felt the course was was extremely good and well run. It is now all about practice, practice and more practice to ensure we embed it into our business. Claire was brilliant! She delivered well, knowledge was great (no question she could not answer) was confident, extremely collaborative and very passionate about the product she was delivering which shone through. The reference guides and workbooks were informative and easy to work with ( one silly comment would be to have a few more 'notes' pages added to your work books in your next print run), very nicely packaged, easy to keep and refer back to. Venue was great and we were extremely well looked after, however a two pound weight gain over 3 days if definitely not good! I obviously over indulged far too much. if I was being a little picky, I feel we may have got more from watching and listening to the 'transcript' part of the course being delivered via video in more of a role play situation, this was very much the format of our day. Another simpler option could be a podcast. Reading the transcript and trying to identify the behaviours didn't quite work for me however, this is only my opinion.

The course gave a very good and hands-on overview over the SPIN selling method. The training elements in between were very helpful for learning how to apply the theory.

The course content was good but a little intense. the days should be shorter approx 5.5hours of training per day. but the material was useful.

Fantastic introduction to the sales process. I learnt a lot from it, mostly on asking appropriate questions, making sure I listened to the answers and followed up by asking more appropriate questions (following the SPIN model) As some-one completely new to sales I found the use of jargon difficult at the beginning. I didn't know what qualifying out meant or what an RFP was and at times was lost when these sorts of jargon was used. Trevor lead us though the various types of questioning very well and brought it all together at the end. Saying that for the first day and a half I wasn't sure where it was all going.
