I found the sessions confusing with the amount of acronyms flying around. SPIN, ICE, happy face sad face, the definitions between things that I thought were straightforward: features, benefits, advantages, the question types were not well enough defined for me to come away with a clear understanding of how to employ them. Basically I feel like moving someone from implicit to explicit is my goal and what I've come away with. I think that's about it. But then I definitely was behind on my research. And I had to tap out at certain points so this is not on the trainer, more on the content.

Instructors were knowledgeable and very thorough. Definitely will change my behaviour as I sell and will help me sell more.

The instructor was very knowledgeable, however, the inconsistencies between the SPIN reference book, SPIN workbooks, SPIN handouts, and SPIN presentation are awful. I'm not sure why we didn't receive a copy of the presentation citing "proprietary information," what a joke. What is the purpose of paying several thousand dollars for in-person training to not receive any new information beyond what is publicly available? I have no idea why we were not provided copies of all worksheets from the beginning of the course in the initial binder and why they were not sorted in the order of use. I honestly feel like I left the training with more worksheets than the printed and bound materials, but could not find them useful in the future as much of the context, activities, etc. was contained in the presentation.

I work in front-line sales and have attended various sales courses over some time. But the SPIN selling program takes a different approach, driving question-based related sales. The eLearning section leads seamlessly into online Zoom work groups. But if you believe the program finishes after the last session. Think again, your SPIN journey has only just started!

Due to lost workbooks, I didn't really understand what was going on the first day, it really was a waste. Also, not getting the full SPIN experience with the proper content, was disappointing. That said, Shaun was engaging, and informative and the second day was more helpful. I do feel that I could have learned more.
