The course is very informative and concise with the objectives layout at the start. The SPIN process is presented in an easy to absorb manner and each learning point clearly segues to the next learning point. Thankfully there is no evangelising of the method, with open discussions and caveats explored. I recommend the course and the pedagogical approach of Huthwaite.

Fantastic course and I would highly recommend it to salespeople at any stage of their career. I've been in sales for nearly 20 years and found a huge amount of value in the SPIN course, adding another string to my bow. It's an intense 2-day course, but very engaging and the days fly by (thanks to Nicki Lee)

25 years after first completing the course it’s good to see it has moved on but kept true to the fundamental framework. Well delivered and engaging. I learnt new things and reinforced existing practices
