IQ Mobile is owned and operated by Peter Gradwell, a leading UK telecoms entrepreneur. His first business, Gradwell Communications, was founded in 1998 whilst at University in Aberystwyth and provides Cloud Telephony to over 20,000 UK small businesses.

In April 2020, Peter took over IQ Mobile, with a vision for a new type of mobile phone service that combines a high quality network, good value for money and a compelling offering that recognises the new more flexible, mobile way of working that so many of us are used too - but where we can also have a single phone device that respects our work/life balance.

Throughout 2020 and into 2021, we will be focused on innovating in the business mobile sector, adding Wifi Calling, 5G, Mobile Call Recording and other business class telephony features that the mobile world has long been looking for.

“I use this in my motorhome abroad. Worked straight out of the box. Easy to top. Helpful service team. All the other providers have a ‘fair use’ policy which effectively limits you to very little data whilst this option in my Wi-Fi router runs everybody’s googling and internet TV in the evening for weeks.”

“We are very pleased we finally found IQ mobile, having previously used Three and O2. IQ are by far the best on the market for our needs i.e. our motorhome trips to France, Spain. Portugal, Italy etc., giving practically unlimited data for 30 days with options to increase to 60/90 days in any 12 month period. All at a reasonable cost.”

“The options available are fine for me. As a newbie, I find it somewhat tortuous to check my usage. A simple App to provide such information would be good rather than having to open the webpage, scroll down to usage, then enter the phone number, then wait no time at all to get a code, enter the code and finally see the usage. Am I missing something? Or coukd this process be simplified?”
