IQ Mobile is owned and operated by Peter Gradwell, a leading UK telecoms entrepreneur. His first business, Gradwell Communications, was founded in 1998 whilst at University in Aberystwyth and provides Cloud Telephony to over 20,000 UK small businesses.

In April 2020, Peter took over IQ Mobile, with a vision for a new type of mobile phone service that combines a high quality network, good value for money and a compelling offering that recognises the new more flexible, mobile way of working that so many of us are used too - but where we can also have a single phone device that respects our work/life balance.

Throughout 2020 and into 2021, we will be focused on innovating in the business mobile sector, adding Wifi Calling, 5G, Mobile Call Recording and other business class telephony features that the mobile world has long been looking for.

“This is the second year we have used IQ mobile whilst touring the UK. Their customer service is second to none. We were in Northern France when I ran out of data on my phone. I had pre-ordered an IQ sim top up for a couple of days later when we arrived in the UK. One quick email to Fraser and all was sorted. As I told him, I would kiss him but folks would talk. Excellent service. Thanks again.”

“We are in our motorhome in Europe at the moment and I'm using IQ Go Data for the first time and so far we've had no issues, really pleased with it and the customer service was spot on, very friendly and helpful in explaining everything and even put free data on our sim to try whilst we were on the phone. Would highly recommend.”

“We are really pleased with the product. Having returned to van life after an eleven year hiatus, it's fanatastic to see and experience just how far technology has developed for the camping community and in my opinion, IQ mobile have a great product that can be tailor made to suit your requirements in terms of capacity and flexibility. We are still finding our feet as to which package suits our needs, but the value for money when compared to other service providers make it a no brainer in terms of cost and the packages vailable.”
