IQ Mobile is owned and operated by Peter Gradwell, a leading UK telecoms entrepreneur. His first business, Gradwell Communications, was founded in 1998 whilst at University in Aberystwyth and provides Cloud Telephony to over 20,000 UK small businesses.

In April 2020, Peter took over IQ Mobile, with a vision for a new type of mobile phone service that combines a high quality network, good value for money and a compelling offering that recognises the new more flexible, mobile way of working that so many of us are used too - but where we can also have a single phone device that respects our work/life balance.

Throughout 2020 and into 2021, we will be focused on innovating in the business mobile sector, adding Wifi Calling, 5G, Mobile Call Recording and other business class telephony features that the mobile world has long been looking for.

“I have used IQ data sims for a couple of years and I've been very pleased with your service and performance. However, after recently purchasing the IQGo sim I am very disappointed to read that EU data roaming limits are to be introduced. The whole reason I bought the Go sim was because there were no fair use policy in the EU. This leaves me feeling a little cheated. I look forward to hearing your response. Chris Mackie”

“I got IQ GO as we were travelling to France. So far I the slowest speed I I have had is faster than my own EE broadband at home. Not sure if that reflects on EE/BT in the UK or how good the French networks and coverage is? My top speed has been over 200giig in some places, amazing and so much better and cheaper than Smarty ! At one point my wi-fi aerial came adrift and was hanging from the van and I still got 42 gig. Best solution to motorhome wi-fi by far and especially at the price and flexibility.”

“We are travelling around Europe at the moment and the coverage has been excellent and we get all of the UK apps tv etc through the UK IP address. We had a couple of technical blunders on my behalf at first but Frazer responded to my WhatsApp message after 7pm and helped me resolve my router not working/recognising the SIM card. He is an absolute star and for that we give the a score 10/10. Brilliant”
