IQ Mobile is owned and operated by Peter Gradwell, a leading UK telecoms entrepreneur. His first business, Gradwell Communications, was founded in 1998 whilst at University in Aberystwyth and provides Cloud Telephony to over 20,000 UK small businesses.

In April 2020, Peter took over IQ Mobile, with a vision for a new type of mobile phone service that combines a high quality network, good value for money and a compelling offering that recognises the new more flexible, mobile way of working that so many of us are used too - but where we can also have a single phone device that respects our work/life balance.

Throughout 2020 and into 2021, we will be focused on innovating in the business mobile sector, adding Wifi Calling, 5G, Mobile Call Recording and other business class telephony features that the mobile world has long been looking for.

“Unfortunately I had high hopes for travelling in Europe with this SIM in the router of our motorhome. In the first month we’ve travel from the UK through France Belgium Germany & Italy. Nowhere has had a good signal and a few places no signal. It appears to not be roaming properly. Customer service has tried to help but couldn’t do anything. I won’t be renewing”

“I have had to resolve two issues while away in France .The team were excellent , they responded promptly and were very helpful and patient in dealing with my queries and successfully resolving them The signal on our trip has been excellent and have been able to use laptop , t.v and mobiles with ease and no buffering”

“Once again the IQ Go sim has worked seamlessly as we have travelled to Spain. We have had the IQ Go sims for around 8 months now, and used them in all countries from Italy to Norway, and all countries in between. Now in Spain, and soon to be in Portugal. The IQ Go sim has been brilliant.”
