IQ Mobile is owned and operated by Peter Gradwell, a leading UK telecoms entrepreneur. His first business, Gradwell Communications, was founded in 1998 whilst at University in Aberystwyth and provides Cloud Telephony to over 20,000 UK small businesses.

In April 2020, Peter took over IQ Mobile, with a vision for a new type of mobile phone service that combines a high quality network, good value for money and a compelling offering that recognises the new more flexible, mobile way of working that so many of us are used too - but where we can also have a single phone device that respects our work/life balance.

Throughout 2020 and into 2021, we will be focused on innovating in the business mobile sector, adding Wifi Calling, 5G, Mobile Call Recording and other business class telephony features that the mobile world has long been looking for.

“Good option for intermittent use in a router on holidays, with generally good coverage and speeds in Europe. Full use of data roaming was included but unfortunately data will be capped after 1 October. Excellent and speedy customer support via WhatsApp.”

“Initially had a problem because I couldn’t get the Sim card to work with my router. This was sorted out over WhatsApp and a telephone conversation to ensure that everything was working. Now away in France with excellent Internet connection very trouble free.”
