IQ Mobile is owned and operated by Peter Gradwell, a leading UK telecoms entrepreneur. His first business, Gradwell Communications, was founded in 1998 whilst at University in Aberystwyth and provides Cloud Telephony to over 20,000 UK small businesses.

In April 2020, Peter took over IQ Mobile, with a vision for a new type of mobile phone service that combines a high quality network, good value for money and a compelling offering that recognises the new more flexible, mobile way of working that so many of us are used too - but where we can also have a single phone device that respects our work/life balance.

Throughout 2020 and into 2021, we will be focused on innovating in the business mobile sector, adding Wifi Calling, 5G, Mobile Call Recording and other business class telephony features that the mobile world has long been looking for.

“Simply the best Customer service I've experienced in the world of mobile telephones. Would have been 5 stars had the package I've been using for the last year or two still be available. Admittedly it's withdrawl was through no fault of IQ. As soon as there is an alternative to IQGo available I will be using it!”

“Now on my 3rd month in the year with a 100gb data sim. Been very happy with it, no problems at all. Disappointed to hear that the free roaming is to be capped, therefore will not be renewing my subscription. I await further correspondence to see what the future holds.”

“Recently toured 5 European countries using an IQ Go Data sim in our router. It worked flawlessly and so easy to buy Add Ons. It's with great sadness that we will now be capped to 25GB & can no longer use the 100GB allowance whilst roaming. Hopefully, IQ will find a way of overcoming this in the near future.”

“Sadly, through no fault of their own, IQ's data options now fall far short of what is needed by ost European travellers. EE seems to have taken unbridge at IQ's ability to provide a much fairer data roaming option backed by a customer service department that is incomporable to the useless chatbots employed by EE. IQGo's Customner service is simply superb, but unfortunately the current product falls well short of what I need when travelling, forcing me to buy forewign SIM cards and use a VPN. As soon as IQ come up with a new viable replacement for IQGo I won't hesitate in signing up again!”

“I moved from Sky Mobile to IQ for my campervan mobile data SIM. Very pleased with the quick and friendly service. Good wifi reception in France and Spain. I now plan to move my mobile phone to IQ. A happy camper”

“Response to queries etc is very good. Great coverage when roaming in France. However, the latest reduction in e.u. data useage means that it is no longer viable for roaming. Such a shame.”
