IQ Mobile is owned and operated by Peter Gradwell, a leading UK telecoms entrepreneur. His first business, Gradwell Communications, was founded in 1998 whilst at University in Aberystwyth and provides Cloud Telephony to over 20,000 UK small businesses.

In April 2020, Peter took over IQ Mobile, with a vision for a new type of mobile phone service that combines a high quality network, good value for money and a compelling offering that recognises the new more flexible, mobile way of working that so many of us are used too - but where we can also have a single phone device that respects our work/life balance.

Throughout 2020 and into 2021, we will be focused on innovating in the business mobile sector, adding Wifi Calling, 5G, Mobile Call Recording and other business class telephony features that the mobile world has long been looking for.

“I find the format and, therefore, the flexibility fantastic. I have two syms, and I wish there were a function that would allow me to select one of my numbers from a dropdown rather than typing it every time (copy and paste don't seem to work either). I also find it challenging to find the link between the product options, so more clarity or a specific link to my products would be great, so I can log on and top up. It should not be difficult to associate my numbers with my account.”

“What's not to like? I'm new to IQ but already sold on the idea. I've bought my Go sim, and a couple of data packages that suited my needs at the time. I'm travelling again next month for longer so I'll buy a package with more GB. Simple on line purchase. I can stop and start when I want which makes it economical. Love it. I can buy as much or as little as I want. Importantly at a very competitive rate.”
