IQ Mobile is owned and operated by Peter Gradwell, a leading UK telecoms entrepreneur. His first business, Gradwell Communications, was founded in 1998 whilst at University in Aberystwyth and provides Cloud Telephony to over 20,000 UK small businesses.

In April 2020, Peter took over IQ Mobile, with a vision for a new type of mobile phone service that combines a high quality network, good value for money and a compelling offering that recognises the new more flexible, mobile way of working that so many of us are used too - but where we can also have a single phone device that respects our work/life balance.

Throughout 2020 and into 2021, we will be focused on innovating in the business mobile sector, adding Wifi Calling, 5G, Mobile Call Recording and other business class telephony features that the mobile world has long been looking for.

“How can I advise how to improve what I consider to be an excellent company. Example I recently applied for a top up for my annual card which is in the router on my Motorhome. I inadvertently put the commencement date as November instead of October. I immediately received an email saying did I mean October and not November. That to me is service of the highest order, they could have ignored that fact and just blamed me as I got it wrong. Excellent service would only highly recommend you. Thank you.”

“i've tried the rest now i have the best always been able to get a signel in europe or the uk in our motorhome for doing banking work etc etc as our phones are only o'2 pay-as-go”
