IQ Mobile is owned and operated by Peter Gradwell, a leading UK telecoms entrepreneur. His first business, Gradwell Communications, was founded in 1998 whilst at University in Aberystwyth and provides Cloud Telephony to over 20,000 UK small businesses.

In April 2020, Peter took over IQ Mobile, with a vision for a new type of mobile phone service that combines a high quality network, good value for money and a compelling offering that recognises the new more flexible, mobile way of working that so many of us are used too - but where we can also have a single phone device that respects our work/life balance.

Throughout 2020 and into 2021, we will be focused on innovating in the business mobile sector, adding Wifi Calling, 5G, Mobile Call Recording and other business class telephony features that the mobile world has long been looking for.

“Very happy with the service provided, however not too happy with the new roaming costs. £75 for 100gb isn’t good value and in my case it’d be cheaper going down the starlink route.”

“This was the ideal system for my motorhome which is not in use every month. I was devastated when the fair usage cap for roaming abroad came in but I'm overjoyed that it has been now ben removed again. Customer service is also first class. I received relly good help when I misplaced my SIM card number when ordering more data”

“Fast response to online order, individual reply to email queries. Very straight forward. Product works....shame eu roaming cut down to 25 after 1st Oct.. taken a bit of a shine off the product. Useful still for campers who want to use it sporadically... not yet sure whether registration is necessary yearly??? Or just once?”

“I have only been purchasing IQ Data top ups for my campervan for the las couple of months. Despite the need to spend £20 up front for the whole year, being able to select data packages relevant to my useage has already saved me money over my old sim card. Equally important for me has been the help offered by the chat online team in the first month when I was new to the system. I also purchased a new router and the help that I got setting everything up was much appreciated.”
