Thank you for your interest in IQ Mobile. IQ Mobile is the Intelligent Mobile Network focused on providing good value SIM only deals on the UK's largest and fasted 4G network.

IQ Mobile is owned and operated by Peter Gradwell, a leading UK telecoms entrepreneur. His first business, Gradwell Communications, was founded in 1998 whilst at University in Aberystwyth and provides Cloud Telephony to over 20,000 UK small businesses.

In April 2020, Peter took over IQ Mobile, with a vision for a new type of mobile phone service that combines a high quality network, good value for money and a compelling offering that recognises the new more flexible, mobile way of working that so many of us are used too - but where we can also have a single phone device that respects our work/life balance.

Throughout 2020 and into 2021, we will be focused on innovating in the business mobile sector, adding Wifi Calling, 5G, Mobile Call Recording and other business class telephony features that the mobile world has long been looking for.

“Prices are good for the UK market, although in e.g. Spain one can get a 5G SIM for much less. The best feature is the top-up when necessary. If you don't need service then let the current subscription expire. If you use all your data before the end of the period then renew early. Customer service email response is outstanding, fast and informative. The only minor niggle is the clunky data usage web access. Have to enter the phone number (look it up first because it's not something I use for anything else). Then open up email to get the code that's been sent. Copy and paste it back on the web page. Then the results appear by calendar month, rather than by current subscription period and in GB and MB with no thousands comma (I thnk that 1GB = 1024MB, or is it 1000MB?). OK, it works, but why all the effort when it could just be part of the account access like other operators do. Overall though, I like IQ and intend to continue using them.”

“Good thing about it is you get a full months data use whenever you start to use it. It's a shame they removed the offer of the same data you bought in the UK was the same amount in the EU. But then that's the same as all the other companies.”
