IQ Mobile is owned and operated by Peter Gradwell, a leading UK telecoms entrepreneur. His first business, Gradwell Communications, was founded in 1998 whilst at University in Aberystwyth and provides Cloud Telephony to over 20,000 UK small businesses.

In April 2020, Peter took over IQ Mobile, with a vision for a new type of mobile phone service that combines a high quality network, good value for money and a compelling offering that recognises the new more flexible, mobile way of working that so many of us are used too - but where we can also have a single phone device that respects our work/life balance.

Throughout 2020 and into 2021, we will be focused on innovating in the business mobile sector, adding Wifi Calling, 5G, Mobile Call Recording and other business class telephony features that the mobile world has long been looking for.

“My main requirement is for data in our motorhome, in the UK and up to 90 days in 180 travelling in the Schengen zone and this is the only UK operator that I have found that offers adequate data amounts for the latter. The flexibilty to suspend and resume subscription is a welcome bonus. On occasions when I needed advice an email was responded to quickly and competently.”

“So far so good , purchased a data sim for £20 to use in an old iPhone 6 as a router for my motorhome in order to use my Blink cameras . The only negative I can see is that you can only roam for 3 months a year. If they allowed 6 months we would purchase another 2 for our mobiles . EE network too which without a doubt is the best uk network for mobile internet .”
