“I am in love with my new Capsule X. It replaces a Dyson Ball cylinder and I have used my mother's Dyson cordless but this surpasses both. Its performance is better than the Dyson, easily picking up hair on the first pass. It is lightweight and well balanced. I used to wear a wristbrace to vacuum but don't need it with this. Taking it down to a handheld to do the stairs makes them effortless. Its charge lasts ages, I managed to do my whole house with the powered brush on with charge to spare. Switching tools is easy. It feels strong and not brittle like other machines can. The bag is easy to change. The best thing is how easy it is to clear hair from the brush roller. You just twist and push. The roller is grooved allowing easy access for scissors. My vacuuming is now getting done as needed rather than when I had the energy to get the old machine out and haul it around. It takes a fraction of the time with better results. It is quite simply effortless and, in a house with three long-haired people and two dogs, my carpets are now always hair-free. As I said, in love.”
