“We bought the capsuleX as an ‘upgrade’ to our capsule that suddenly stopped working. It’s by no means an upgrade and is fairly useless, feels bulkier and less easy to use due to where the battery is mounted and overall really disappointed.”

“The Capsule X is a very good and easy-to-use vacuum cleaner. The extra tools (including the mini power brush that came with our package) also work well and click-fit nicely onto the wall-mounted Capsule holder keeping everything organised and tidy. Battery life? A single charge is enough for the weekly clean through our 3-bed house, plus a couple of spot vacuumings through the week. For us, the clincher for buying the Capsule X was the detachable battery as the best place for storing the machine was not near any power supply. One very small niggle, for me, is the single switch to toggle around the 3 power levels. Every time you switch on it defaults to level 2 and you have to toggle through 3 to get to 1. We very rarely use 3 and it's 50:50 between 1 and 2.”

“A number of features in the original Halo have been improved, notably the dis/connection of the main part, the shaft and the head. It is also good to have a decent runtime on the battery as the original Halo battery did not last well. It works efficiently. Oddly, although I ordered only one, two were delivered under the same booking reference, and although I emailed to report this and enquire about return of the second unexpected Halo, I have heard nothing!”
