“A good vacuum. Nice to have different power levels, eco mode works very well and helps with extended battery time. Great to have the bag system, nice to be able to empty without the mess of the bagless battery vacuums. Just one issue, though the machine is light enough, the battery positioned where it is does make my wrist ache holding the handle with the weight of the battery behind the machine. I find myself holding the back of the battery instead of the handle when using for any more than 10 minutes at a time, maybe something to look at from an ergonomic view point as I have never had this issue with the Dyson which has the main weight ie. the battery placed underneath and forward of your hand and wrist.”

“Very sadly I returned my halo, which I had been so looking forward to. I spent few months cofitsting before I bought it..and in the end knew I had to buy and try, the only way to be sure. Unfortunately I found it a little too heavy and awkward for me. I'm a fairly fit 74 year old, but I just found it too heavy...too heavy in the hand , that is...especially on the stairs. So I had to return very reluctantly. But It is is very high quality machine, I can see, and I'm sure that for some users it is just right. Perhaps it is more difficult for people like myself who have only ever had a cylinder vacuum cleaner. Maybe Halo will be able to make a more lightweight cleaner...I shall watch the space wirh interest! However , thanking Halo for what appears to be excellent customer service, who are not disgruntled wirh me for returning it!!”
