“So far, so good. All the pieces fit together and come apart very simply, with coloured buttons to make it even easier. (My previous vacuum had me struggling to change parts which was one of the main reasons I got my new Halo). When you put the right function on for carpet or hard floor, it works very well.”

“Compared to the previous model, this is top heavy with the battery being at the top and is awkward to manoeuvre, plus battery doesn't last as long as the previous model. On the plus side, light very useful and suction power has improved. As an suggestion it would be nice to have a pet tool to remove hair more efficiently.”

“Yes, it's good, and it works fine, but frankly I preferred the old Capsule, which I bought because it was small, light and easy to use. Unfortunately it died after two years and it seemed that less effort was being made to replace it than to sell the new CapsuleX. The X is just that much bigger and heavier, and therefore less ideal for what I want, which is a back-up, hand-held vacuum for those awkward little jobs that a heavy-duty machine isn't practical for. I will of course still use it, and just hope it lasts longer than the old model.”

“Not sure why the bundle did not include the flexible extension tube, would make using the tolls so much easier.”
