“This is an excellent vacuum cleaner. Slightly unbalanced due to battery attached but other than that is very good. I am slightly worried that the plastic clip for opening to change dust bag may be less robust than the previous model with a metal clip on the lip”

“I have previously had the original halo Capsule and was very pleased with it. This new version is certainly as good with a few updates. It is very light to handle with excellent run time and capacity - I definitely prefer having the bags to collect the waste in. Would completely recommend to anyone looking for a cordless vacuum especially at the current price. Customer service was also excellent.”

“Really pleased with the power and that it picks up bits not just dust like some other makes. Easy charging of the battery, although I've used a bagless vacuum for quite a few years now I much prefer a bag it's so much easier and cleaner - it doesn't need replacing nearly as often as I thought! It's a powerful machine, easy to use and easy to store. I highly recommend this make and model it takes the best bits of other makes and combines them into a really simple machine that does exactly what you want.”

“The Capsule X is a definite improvement on the previous model, which itself was good. The tools are easier to swap over and the attachment mechanism appears more durable. The large, hassle free compostable pouch system is impressive and so is the cleaning power. I have only used it for a month or so but my initial impression of the available cleaning time per battery charge isn't as long as I was hoping for. Also, I wish there was a way of preventing the appliance falling to one side when it is temporarily propped up against a wall, by locking the beater attachment in a vertical position. I imagine that this could apply to all makes of vacuum cleaners of this type; I'm worried that I might accidentally crack the body through it crashing down. All in all, I am very pleased with my purchase.”
