“It is handy and light BUT it did not suck the fluff into the bag. All the fluff gathered brush roller and it took quite a long time to discover this (by holding it upside down) and clearing it with a pencil. I now realise you can take out the whole roller but the design is faulty in my view.”

Hi M E, We are sorry you are not entirely satisfied with your Halo Capsule. From your comments it does sound like there might be something not quite correct with the way your Capsule is working. Capsule has 120 Airwatts of suction power so in nornal course of events fluff should never get stuck at the bottom of the vacuum.
