“This replaced my Dyson of 5 yrs which had battery/charging problems but in any event was only ever useful for cobwebs! The Capsule is a better vacuum and for the suction power much better value (much cheaper) than Dyson equivalent. My Granddaughter quite likes it for handling. However, there is a problem with the design. Unlike the Dyson the wall holder does not include a charging platform, instead the Capsule needs a trailing cable from wall socket to near top of the vacuum which has to be plugged in for charging and removed when Capsule is either fully charged or to be used. This is inconvenient and untidy and a shame since the vacuum has other very useful features such as bag to collect dust etc. Its construction is very good. If ever there is to be a charging arrangement such as Dyson employs, then please let me know. But for the charging issue there would be 5-stars.”

“Ideal as a second Hoover for a quick clean but power no where near strong enough as a main Hoover. On the most powerful setting the battery lasts a very short time. The hoover is very light weight which was a reason a purchased it, however, the suction is poor that this benefit did not outweigh the positives. The price of the halo for me puts it as a main machine but doesn't act like one which is disappointing. Perhaps if it was bagless, the suction would improve. I am still waiting for a refund 2 weeks after returning the product. I have emailed and waiting a reply. Would not recommend.”

“Having spent a fair amount of time deliberating over this purchase Im glad that it appears that I made the correct choice. This is one of the rare models that collects the dust into a bag and I find this easier and less maintenance, I have had bagless mains operated Vacs and would not go back to them.This is a lightweight powerful machine that should last well, I reccommend.”
